Our full-service boarding includes comfortable accommodations, delicious meals, daily exercise, and plenty of TLC from our staff. When you can’t be there to give your companion the love and attention he or she deserves, we will!

Our boarding facility is designed to provide as comfortable a stay as possible. More importantly, your pet will be surrounded by familiar faces while you are away.

Boarding guests enjoy several amenities, including but not limited to:

• Individual housing
• Regular exercise
• Cages cleaned daily
• Fresh water
• Clean bedding
• Cats-only area, away from canine guests
• Administration of medication and care of special needs

Drop-Off Hours (No Services Needed):

• Monday & Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM 
• Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM 

⚠ If services are needed (such as vaccines, exams, or diagnostics), pets must be dropped off before 12PM.

Pick-Up Hours:

• Before noon on the day of departure 
• Pets picked up after 12PM (unless receiving a departure bath) will incur an $18 day boarding charge 

Important Update for Future Boarding Reservations

To ensure the health and safety of all pets in our care, all boarding will now require the following: 

• New Patients:  A new patient establishment exam with a Luv-N-Care doctor is required prior to a boarding reservation.
• Physical Exams: All boarding pets must have a physical exam performed by a Luv-N-Care doctor.
  • Pets under 10 years old: exam required annually
  • Pets 10 years and older: exam required every 6 months 
• Parasite Screening: Pets with a recent positive fecal test must have a negative fecal recheck prior to boarding, then every 6 months thereafter.
• Additional Medical Requirements: Additional exams, diagnostics, or testing may be required based on your pet’s age, medical history, or current health status, as deemed necessary by the attending doctor. 

Vaccines & Preventatives Required for Boarding: 

• Dogs: Rabies, DHPP, Leptospirosis Bordetella, Canine Influenza, Fecal test (within 6 months), Heartworm/Flea/Tick prevention (annual heartworm test required to fill medication if past due) 
• Cats: Rabies, FVRCP, Fecal test (within 1 year), Flea/Tick prevention 
• Ferrets: Rabies, Distemper, Fecal test (within 1 year), Flea/Tick prevention 
• Rabbits: Physical exam, Fecal test (within 1 year), Flea/Tick prevention
